Usage

Open Settings → Usage (/settings/usage). The page answers one question — what did the team consume for a period — while Billing answers how the team pays (plan, payment method, credit plates, top-ups, auto top-up, invoices).

Every team member sees Usage, including viewers and analysts. The credit wallet is shared, so totals are team-wide; a member limited to specific ad accounts sees only their permitted accounts in the account breakdown and history, along with team-wide history rows (top-ups, grants, work without an account). Nothing on the page spends money or changes settings.

The period picker at the top drives every block on the page except Total remaining, which is the current balance. The default is the current billing period; its resolved dates are shown next to the picker. The same picker offers today, the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or a custom range of up to 90 days. Days are counted in UTC, like the ledger itself.

The overview shows period spend, your own attributed usage, total remaining credits and active members; the included-credit allowance is shown on the Billing page. Spend is attributed to the member whose request caused it; spend recorded before member attribution was introduced is listed under AdWitch. The daily card shows the period total, average daily spend and a stacked chart.

Switch the searchable table between By ad account, By purpose and By member. Expand a row to see its non-zero purposes. Former accounts and members remain labelled, and work ordered by autopilot, commission settlement or scheduled jobs appears under AdWitch. Only owners, admins and managers with owner-granted Billing access see other members’ spend; others see only their own member row.

On a plan with an ad-management commission, the account view also shows Meta spend, commission, pending exchange-rate days, period totals and the monthly forecast. Commission debt is surfaced on Billing.

The history lists every ledger row of the selected window: credit grants and expirations, AI usage, one-time top-ups and pack bonuses, subscription payments, auto top-ups, refunds, the ad-management fee and its adjustments. Each row records the amount, the resulting balance, the description and the date. Commission rows carry their evidence — the account, the spend date, the spend in the account’s currency, the exchange rate and the rate applied.

The ad account filter keeps only the rows recorded against that account. Team-wide rows — top-ups, subscription payments, grants — drop out, so an agency gets the exact list of debits for one client’s account for the period. Download CSV exports all matching rows for the same window and account filter in the interface language, including rows not yet loaded by Show more. Show more appends the next page when a window holds more than a hundred rows.
