Creative Library & AI Generation
Open /creatives to manage the team’s uploaded and generated assets. The tabs are All, Uploaded, AI Banners, Hook bank, Concepts and Matrices. The campaign filter shows assets already used by a campaign. Cards preview images and videos; open a card to inspect or download it, or delete it from the library. See Creative Matrix for the Matrices tab.
Upload files
Section titled “Upload files”Press Upload creative at the top of the All, Uploaded or AI Banners tab. In the window that opens, drag images or videos onto the drop area, or press Choose files (or click the area) to pick several files at once. On a phone the button shows only its upload icon, and the window opens from the bottom with Choose files first.
The window closes as soon as the files start uploading. Each file shows its progress above the tabs with a Cancel button, and finished files appear in the grid. Each file can be up to 100 MB. The server accepts JPEG, PNG, WebP and GIF images, plus MP4, MOV and WebM video; a file that is too large or of another type is refused with a message saying why. Files dropped anywhere else on the page are ignored, so use the window. Uploaded assets become available to campaign ads in the same team.
Generate with the agent
Section titled “Generate with the agent”On the Creatives page, press Generate via agent, or open /chat and ask for a Meta creative. The agent studies the client profile, goal, placements, current ads and winners, then asks only for what is missing. It offers 2–4 concepts in a card. Each concept includes its format and placements, chain of generation models, required materials, estimated price and time.
Useful requests include:
“Show me three concepts for this product: a text banner, a product shot and a lifestyle scene.”
“Make a UGC-style vertical video with voice from my product photos.”
“Extend my own footage and make versions for different Meta placements.”
Materials and consent
Section titled “Materials and consent”Attach reference images, videos and MP3/WAV audio files (up to 50 MB) in the chat composer. You can also ask the agent to use existing team-library assets, your brand logo or website. Only supply photos of real people with their consent; training a consistent character from someone’s likeness also requires consent. Do not use fake testimonials. AI-generated people in ads must comply with Meta’s rules.
Price, production and results
Section titled “Price, production and results”The agent states the price before paid runs. If a concept needs several runs in a chain, or a run costs more than the amount set by the platform, it asks for an explicit yes before proceeding. Included generations in your plan are used first; the agent tells you how many remain. One included unit covers one standard output; a larger run can use credits for the difference. Agent chat turns are billed separately from credits. Generation beyond those allowances is charged to the team balance.
Results appear in chat with the model and mode labelled: batches become galleries, video plays with sound, and jobs show queued or in-progress states while rendering. A failed run shows the amount refunded. Every result is saved in the creative library.
Beyond banners, product shots and lifestyle scenes, the agent can produce a series with one consistent character, UGC-style videos with voice, multi-shot stories, first/last-frame transitions, edits or extensions of your own footage, motion transfer, object swaps and cinematic spots.
Actions on a creative
Section titled “Actions on a creative”On a ready generated creative card in chat or the studio viewer, choose Variations, Animate (images), Extend (videos), Reframe or Edit. A small panel opens (a bottom sheet on phones); set the options, choose a model and press Generate. This starts the generation directly without sending a chat message or billing an agent turn. Use in ad still hands the creative to the agent; Discuss with the agent is in the card’s More menu.
- Variations: choose 1–4 results (2 by default). For images, Subtle builds from the image; Strong makes a new take on the same prompt. Video variations only ask for a count.
- Animate: choose duration and sound where the model supports them, and optionally describe the motion. Extend: choose how much video to add and optionally describe what happens next.
- Reframe: choose a different ratio from 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 or 16:9. It keeps the product, text and logo; for video it regenerates the clip in the new format using the source as reference. Edit: describe what should change (required).
The Model row preselects your remembered pick for that action, then the agent’s planned model if available, then (for Variations, Reframe or Edit) the source model for a similar look, otherwise a Recommended model with a short reason. Recommendations weigh what the creative needs (such as text, detail, people, consistent characters, sound, clip length or motion), plan coverage and speed. Only compatible models appear; each lists a strength, typical wait and price. You can change your pick, which is remembered, or return to the recommendation. If none can do the action, the panel offers to ask the agent instead.
Generate shows the price before you press it: Included, a credit charge, or Included plus a charge for a larger run, depending on your plan and settings. Included generations work even with a zero balance; if there is not enough balance for a charge, an inline message links to top-up. A double click does not start a second paid run, and if the price rises before submission, nothing starts until you review the new price. Retry on a failed card shows its price and repeats the same settings.
New cards appear at the bottom of the same chat, labelled, for example, Variations of #375. They finish loading in place and are saved in the Creatives library as Made from #375. Actions are unavailable with an explanation while the source is generating or the agent is working in that conversation, for members without write access, or when video is not in the plan.
Hook bank
Section titled “Hook bank”The Hook bank tab (/creatives/hooks) collects hooks that beat the Meta ad account’s median CTR over the last 14 days, plus hooks the agent saves from chat. Automatic hooks are Active until they miss the median in three consecutive evaluation windows; they then become Faded and are no longer read by the agent unless restored. To rate a generated creative, press Take or Skip under the result in chat, or in the viewer that opens when you click it in the library, then choose a reason. The agent learns your team’s preferences from these ratings; rating does not add a creative to a campaign. The bank also shows Taken, Skipped and the top skip reasons.
Use creatives in ads
Section titled “Use creatives in ads”The agent can attach library assets to ads, upload a creative to the active Meta ad account and request placement previews. For example:
“Use creative 42 in the new ad and show me the Meta placement preview.”
To create a new asset, give the agent a brief in chat, confirm the generation price when asked, then download the result from chat or the library. To test library assets, click Select for test, pick 3–10 creatives of the same format, then Launch creative test. Chat opens with the plan request ready; nothing is published until you confirm.
