What is AdWitch?

AdWitch is a team workspace for managing advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). An AI agent handles tasks in chat, while dedicated pages expose campaigns, scheduled optimisation, creatives, analytics and reports. Plans are Starter, Core, Pro and Enterprise; each team has its own credit balance. Starter includes 5 image generations per UTC calendar month after e-mail verification, but no video. Core and higher plans include video and Autopilot Auto. Card top-ups are available on every plan. See plans and credits for limits and billing.

  • AdWitch AI (/chat) — the agent, first in the sidebar and where the app opens: plans, creates, publishes and analyses campaigns from natural-language requests. Forms and confirmation buttons are used before money-moving actions.
  • Autopilot (/autopilot) — reviews live campaigns on a schedule against your CPA/ROAS targets and safety limits. Monitor suggests changes for review; Auto applies changes within limits and logs actions. Starter offers Off and Monitor only.
  • Campaigns and templates (/campaigns, /campaigns/templates) — manage drafts and live campaign structures or reuse saved funnels.
  • Creatives (/creatives) — store uploads and generated assets, create images and videos, and preview placements. Generation is built in; included generations cover standard runs within plan limits, and extra costs use team credits. The price is shown before you confirm a paid run.
  • Analytics and recommendations (/analytics, /recommendations) — inspect metrics, performance reviews, audiences, creatives and budget opportunities.
  • Comments (/comments) — list, hide, unhide, delete and reply to comments under ad posts.
  • Competitors (/competitors) — review intelligence briefs and creative patterns, manage a weekly or biweekly watch, run cost-estimated scans, and search the public Meta Ad Library.
  • Multiple accounts (/accounts) — connect and switch between Meta ad accounts.

AdWitch is designed for teams, media buyers and performance marketers who manage Meta Ads.

To prepare your first campaign:

  1. Register — your account and first team are active immediately. The team creator receives Starter credits once after e-mail verification; invitees do not receive this grant.
  2. Connect Meta — open Ad accounts (/accounts) and connect a Meta ad account through Facebook Login for Business. Choose its default Facebook Page and, for conversion objectives, a Meta Pixel.
  3. Fund the team balance — billing roles can use Settings → Billing (/settings/billing).
  4. Create a draft in chat — say: “Create a campaign for my product with a $50 daily budget.” The agent asks for missing details.
  5. Review and publish — publishing to Meta requires your explicit confirmation.
  6. Optionally enable Autopilot — select Monitor for suggestions or, if your plan allows, Auto for changes within limits.
  • An AdWitch account and team.
  • Team credits for metered agent calls and generation not covered by included units.
  • A connected Meta ad account for anything involving live advertising.
  • The relevant Facebook Page, Meta Pixel and permissions for the formats and actions you plan to use.
