Bell and email

The notification bell shows in-app alerts. You can Mark read, Mark all read or Dismiss an item. In Settings → Notifications (/settings/notifications), the bell is always on; choose which categories also reach your email: Autopilot, Meta policy, Ad accounts, Reports, Billing, Creatives and System. Instant emails cover critical events and completed reports; other selected updates go into a digest. Security and billing service emails still arrive if you unsubscribe from alert emails.

Under Email digest, choose Daily, Weekly or Off, a weekday for weekly mail, a time and a timezone. Changes save automatically. There are no quiet-hours controls.

Team destinations

In Settings → Integrations (/settings/integrations), owners and admins can add Slack destinations via Incoming Webhook URLs and Webhook destinations at HTTPS endpoints. These receive team-wide autopilot, Meta policy and billing events. Choose a minimum severity and use Save & test or Send test to check delivery. URLs are stored encrypted; webhooks can use an optional signing secret.

The agent can change your own email preferences and team destinations. It cannot see webhook URLs or secrets.
