1. Overview
In compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and Meta Platform policy, we provide users with the ability to request complete deletion of their data from our system. The data deletion process is irreversible.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request data deletion through the following methods: 1) Via account settings in the AdWitch AI platform, 2) By sending an email to privacy@adwitch.ai with subject "Data Deletion Request", 3) Via Telegram: @adwitch_support. We will process your request within 30 days.
3. What Data Is Deleted
Upon deletion, we completely remove: profile data (name, email, avatar), ad account settings, campaign and creative history, analytics data, auth sessions and tokens, knowledge base files.
